To have our dogs and cats with Id is mandatory.
The Registry of Identification of Companion Animals facilitates control, recovery of lost animals, sanitary control, as well as statistical and epidemiological studies.
Certificates
Health certificate: Before traveling to certain countries outside the EU, the animal must have a health certificate. It may also be required to present a certificate, in some competitions.
Certificate from a specialist: For some breeds there are health programs that require the pet to be examined by a specialized veterinarian.
Certificate for insurers: If the pet has a life insurance, in case of euthanasia, death or disability, the insurer requires the veterinarian who has taken care of the animal to issue a certificate.
Hospitalization
Sometimes pets need to be constantly monitored and intensively cared by veterinarians, so they require hospitalization so that veterinary staff can closely follow their vital signs, reactions and evolution.
